â Others sound like an out-of-tune garage bandâpracticing endlessly but never quite making it. My fellow Indians can relate: Think of a famous music director with a shelf full of trophies, but no one enjoys his singing. That SEEMS Agile when itâs event-driven, not value-driven. Collecting certifications like participation trophies wonât make your Agile transformation successful!
